- Focus on hiring, comprehend requisitions, and try to complete the deal via social media, employment portals, sourcing, references, or other means.
- Arrange events in coordination with business partnerships.
- Hold applicants till they join.
- Help with the branding of employers on several channels.
- Participate in training and development activities.
