- Using a variety of methods to help find and draw in great talent
- Interviewing and screening applicants to determine their suitability for the company
- Working together with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and demands in terms of recruitment
- Increasing awareness by managing job ads across various venues and social media
- Keeping the recruitment system’s candidate records current and correct
- Supporting initiatives for process improvement and the overall recruitment strategy
