Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring procedures by comprehending requests and filling openings via job portals, social media, sourcing, and references.
- Work with interested parties to arrange interviews and close openings by the specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Assist applicants from the beginning of the hiring process until they start working for the organization.
- Examine the agency’s shared content and support employer branding campaigns.
- Create an engagement calendar and brainstorm ideas for staff engagement initiatives.
- To increase employee engagement, investigate and investigate recognition and incentive schemes.
