Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping to find and evaluate applicants for a range of roles
- Working with hiring managers to arrange interviews and evaluations
- Using MS-Excel to monitor and update candidate databases 4. Writing job descriptions and putting them up on job boards and social media
- Helping with the onboarding of new employees
- Taking part in job fairs and recruitment activities
- Offering the HR team administrative support when required
