Roles & Responsibilities
- Finding applicants via social media, job sites, etc.
- Making frequent contact with applicants to schedule interviews.
- Examining resumes and vetting applicants.
- Arranging interviews by working with hiring managers and candidates.
- Bargaining with candidates on salary and benefits packages.
