Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement the brand plan to strengthen our employer and recruiter brands.
Improve the pipeline for hiring using internet portals. - Look for candidates and work with labor suppliers.
- Arrange and carry out interviews, and then follow up with calls for negotiations with the chosen applicants.
Requirements
- While any degree or post-graduation is acceptable, an MBA in human resources is recommended.
- To be successful in this profession, you must have very strong written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Practical experience with Word and Excel is required.
- Previous experience in the HR field is favored.
