About GoMechanic
GoMechanic is a new-age start-up with the goal of disrupting the Indian automotive servicing business through technical support and operational excellence. The founders are IIM-A alumni with experience working in consultancies and start-ups at senior levels.
Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata are among the 35 locations in India where GoMechanic offers over 600 car repair workshops. It currently services over 20 lakh autos per year and aims to reach one crore consumers by the end of 2021.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work together as a team to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Apply your knowledge of Microsoft Excel to data analysis, report generation, and insight-based decision-making.
- Assistance in keeping an eye on and tracking important operational metrics, pinpointing areas in need of development, and carrying out remedial measures.
- Help with inventory control, vendor relations, and making sure necessary parts and materials are available on time.
- Participate in the creation and application of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational processes.
- To address operational problems and promote efficiency, efficiently communicate with internal stakeholders, such as technicians and customer support staff.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and efforts, accepting responsibility and meeting deadlines for results.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
