About GoMechanic
GoMechanic is a new-age start-up with the goal of disrupting the Indian automotive servicing business through technical support and operational excellence. The founders are IIM-A alumni with experience working in consultancies and start-ups at senior levels.
Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kolkata are among the 35 locations in India where GoMechanic offers over 600 car repair workshops. It currently services over 20 lakh autos per year and aims to reach one crore consumers by the end of 2021.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective clients to explain our offerings and create leads.
- Respond to incoming calls from clients with questions about services, making appointments, and resolving grievances.
- Ensure that our database contains precise and comprehensive records of every interaction with customers.
- Get in touch with clients again to make sure they’re satisfied and to promote referrals.
- Work together to deliver seamless customer support with the sales and service departments.
- Help determine the demands of the consumer and upsell them on further services or goods.
- Take part in training programs to increase your product knowledge and communication abilities.
