Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead business forecasting and planning (revenues, costs).
- Presenting divisional leadership with performance indicators.
- Oversight and management of the division’s cost structure.
- Communicate with regional finance teams, business unit CFOs, and other relevant parties.
- Analysis of headcount, resources, and efficiency.
- Regional and industry-level margin analysis.
- Conduct competitor and client profitability analyses.
- Monitor and evaluate market share by category and worldwide (merger, equity, high yield, and investment grade).
- To promote cost recoverability and savings, report and examine spending by division or region.
- Focus on client revenue metrics, such as the division’s top clients and revenue creation frequency.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent technical and quantitative skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- A basic understanding of IB products related to financing and M&A.
- The candidate needs to be proactive, vivacious, and focused on the team.
- A strong focus on customer service.
- The capacity and commitment to fulfill rigorous and demanding deadlines.
