Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the learning management system and plan training sessions.
- Keep in touch with training providers to guarantee prompt delivery of resources and training materials.
- Create and update management information system (MIS) reports on a daily basis.
- Verify that staff and stakeholders have completed the required training by following up with them.
- Help the L&D lead with administrative duties and training program planning and coordination.
