Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead program planning and execution of central L&D workshops
2. Identify and manage learning partners as and when required
3. Take ownership of IDPs resulting from talent exercises
4. Handle annual planning & budgeting and managing the L&D budget
5. Manage overall stakeholder management (internal and external)
6. Handle LMS administration
7. Support other people’s processes (PM processes, engagement surveys, etc.)
Location
Mumbai / Work from home till situation improves
Duration
The Godrej Agrovet internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 /month
