Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical guru for tools, assuring tool coverage and upkeep.
- Mapping infrastructure requirements with tool deliverables to guarantee efficiency on the ground.
- Collaborate with OEM to identify the best tools/solutions for open issues or to address obstacles.
- Look after Tools & Automation as a whole service and establish a metric to quantify the function’s efficiency/outcome.
- Identifying existing difficulties and developing a plan and solution to address them will be critical.
- Work with internal/external teams to understand their needs and how technologies and automation may aid in delivering the best possible results.
- Maintaining technical ground at the micro level for any open concerns involving tools and automation.
- Assuming responsibility for the tools and automation vertical.
Qualification
- Graduate in engineering/IT
- Certification of Solarwind, CA, HP
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical knowledge in implementing and supporting tools (Solarwind, HP, CA, App Dynamic, etc.).
- Candidate must have scripting expertise, as well as knowledge of DevOps and necessary technologies (Python, Chef etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps technologies and a basic grasp of networks are required to deploy the tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
