Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting internal IT operations 24 hours a day, seven days a week in this position. You’ll be actively involved in operational issues, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to recover from system failures (proactive/reactive).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of performance adjustment and monitoring.
  • Should be able to handle status and outage calls on a daily basis.
  • Should be able to communicate well.
  • Knowledgeable in the ITIL process.
  • Conduct assessments with other key stakeholders to ensure that the platform is aligned with the organization’s business and regulatory requirements.
  • Look for ways to improve and make sure we’re meeting the needs of the company.
  • To become adept in new technologies, you must be a self-learner.
  • Follow the defined SLAs and Goal Archiver.
  • To maintain operational stability, bring in industry best practises.
  • The uptime of the numerous customer projects being handled / monitored is your responsibility.
  • In the form of daily shift reports, record the daily concerns handled / escalated.
  • It is necessary to ensure that issues are resolved in accordance with the SLA agreements.
  • Interaction with service providers, ticket creation, and fast follow-up.
  • Adhere to the escalation chart and matrix provided.
  • In the ticketing tool, tickets are updated on a regular basis and are of high quality.
  • Assist the project team with new customer commissioning and modification requests.
  • Processes for trouble ticketing and handover are exposed.
  • Stick to the shift schedule and handover procedure.
  • Should be able to document the problem’s nature.
  • For a speedier and more accurate resolution, collaborate with several vendors and service providers.

Qualification

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Good communication skills.
