Freshtohome’s success is based on a dedication to its brand promise of “100% fresh, without chemicals.” They operate in four states throughout the nation – Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Delhi/NCR – and receive over 7000 orders every day, processing over 10 tonnes of fish and meat on a daily basis. They provide a large range of products, including antibiotic-free chicken and mutton, 150 different types of fresh seafood, ready-to-cook items, and much more.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make pre- and post-onboarding procedures easier
- Keep track of both on-roll and off-roll employees’ attendance
- Compile the on-roll and off-roll employees’ monthly payroll inputs.
- As needed, draft formal letters
- Oversee the procedure of probation confirmation
- Respond to inquiries about reimbursement
- Organize the process of offboarding
- Manage staff involvement and grievance handling
- Add documents and employee data to the HRMS application.

The FreshtoHome internship will be for a period of 6 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
