They provide a large range of products, including antibiotic-free chicken and mutton, 150 different types of fresh seafood, ready-to-cook items, and much more.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Make pre- and post-onboarding procedures easier
  2. Keep track of both on-roll and off-roll employees’ attendance
  3. Compile the on-roll and off-roll employees’ monthly payroll inputs.
  4. As needed, draft formal letters
  5. Oversee the procedure of probation confirmation
  6. Respond to inquiries about reimbursement
  7. Organize the process of offboarding
  8. Manage staff involvement and grievance handling
  9. Add documents and employee data to the HRMS application.

Duration

The FreshtoHome internship will be for a period of 6 months.

Stipend: Rs.10,000 – 15,000 / month
