Roles & Responsibilities
- Acquire the ability to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals in the appropriate sections.
- Acquire the ability to assign tasks and create timetables in order to organize workflow.
- Help and supervise the coaching of floor workers
- Learn how to arrange routine maintenance and help ensure that equipment is used safely.
- Acquire knowledge of and help verify that production output complies with specifications.
- Acquire knowledge about and help submit performance and progress reports.
- Acquire the ability to recognize inefficiencies and offer solutions.
- Acquire knowledge about and help teach new hires how to operate equipment safely and according to protocols.
- Acquire knowledge of and help enforce stringent safety regulations and corporate standards.
- Learn and assist to Maintain daily production report and stock report at the end of shift.
