Freecharge is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce and payment platform. It allows you to recharge any prepaid phone, postpaid phone, DTH, or data card in India via the internet. Axis Bank purchased Freecharge for its overall business activities on July 27, 2017.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create a thorough communication strategy to guarantee that HR policies and benefits are effectively communicated and understood within the company.
- Assist the HRBP team in their efforts to engage employees.
- Support training and onboarding initiatives for staff members.
- Respond to inquiries and offer general HR support to support employee relations.
- Collaborate with other HR teams on cross-functional projects as needed.
