About Freecharge
Freecharge is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce and payment platform. It allows you to recharge any prepaid phone, postpaid phone, DTH, or data card in India via the internet. Axis Bank purchased Freecharge for its overall business activities on July 27, 2017.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of microfinance and its extension into new areas.
- Oversee all company operations, including client acquisition and collaboration with the administrative, IT, and HR departments.
- Lead sales initiatives to meet quarterly, yearly, and monthly business goals.
- To find market trends and expansion prospects, analyze the competition and industry.
- Collaborate on loan disbursements, collections, and receivables management with the Credit and Operations teams.
- Support business expansion by helping to hire, train, and coach new team members.
- Verify that audit and compliance criteria are followed in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Work with field operations teams to optimize risk management procedures.
- Serve as the organization’s spokesperson, interacting with outside parties as required.
