Freecharge is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce and payment platform. It allows you to recharge any prepaid phone, postpaid phone, DTH, or data card in India via the internet. Axis Bank purchased Freecharge for its overall business activities on July 27, 2017.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Making cold calls to prospective employees to explain job openings at Freecharge.
- Calling applicants to screen them for open positions and gauge their interest and qualifications.
- Arranging interviews with eligible applicants so that the hiring staff can evaluate them further.
- Giving details about Freecharge, its ethos, and the advantages of joining the team.
- Keeping correct records and updating candidate information in the recruitment database.
- Supporting projects and events aimed at bringing in top talent for the company.
- Working together with the recruiting team to make sure that the hiring process runs smoothly and effectively for candidates.
