About Freecharge
Freecharge is a Gurgaon-based e-commerce and payment platform. It allows you to recharge any prepaid phone, postpaid phone, DTH, or data card in India via the internet. Axis Bank purchased Freecharge for its overall business activities on July 27, 2017.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help find applicants via a range of platforms (social media, employment sites, etc.).
- Using the job requirements as a guide, filter resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Organize and oversee the scheduling of interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Make sure you keep in touch with prospects on time during the hiring process.
- Stay in touch with possible candidates on a frequent basis.
- Responding to questions and concerns will help to create a positive candidate experience.
- Writing and uploading job ads on many platforms: assistance with job posting and advertising.
- Track the success of job posts and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Keep the candidate database current and up to date.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of the candidate data.
