Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct social media initiatives that are consistent with our brand voice in order to raise brand recognition and encourage user interaction on all pertinent channels.
- Oversee and expand our online presence on social media sites including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Examine social media data and submit performance reports, insights, and enhancement suggestions on a regular basis.
- Utilize secondary research to acquire market intelligence
- Encourage community involvement by promptly and appropriately answering messages, comments, and mentions.
- To consistently improve our social media presence, stay up to date on platform improvements and new social media tools.
