Roles & Responsibilities
- Adding fresh employee contact information and employment facts to company databases.
- Reviewing the application materials and resumes of prospective workers in order to find qualified applicants for open positions inside the organization.
- Setting up interviews with those who have been shortlisted.
- Posting job openings on social media and job boards.
- Removing job postings from social networking sites and job boards after positions have been filled.
- Helping the HR department collect data on market salaries.
- Drafting and sending candidates emails or letters of offer and rejection.
- Arranging orientations for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
