Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of hiring people from start to finish in order to meet the company’s internal needs.
- Find employment portal profiles and efficiently work on them.
- Create job descriptions, advertise vacancies, send out bulk emails, and choose qualified applicants for a successful hiring process.
- Work with stakeholders every day to coordinate open positions and inquiries about profiles.
- Recognize the needs of both new and existing customers.
- Capable of headhunting, mapping, consulting, and referencing.
- Provide high-performing hiring solutions based on customer needs.
- Use a variety of recruitment techniques to find applicants, including headhunting, job portals, referrals, job ads, and personal resume collecting.
- Plan and oversee monthly hiring campaigns.
- Every day and every week, maintain and update the database, candidate trackers, and MIS reports.
