Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in finding and vetting applicants for different jobs in the organization.
- Arrange and plan interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Use Microsoft Excel to update and maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
- Write captivating job descriptions and publish them on social media and other employment forums.
- Verify references and help with the new hire onboarding procedure.
- Work together on different recruitment projects and efforts with the HR team.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks as required.
