Fashion TV now has FTV-franchises in India and SAARC countries, with a vision to roll out luxurious, high-profile, high-end businesses across multiple F verticals via franchising and licensing opportunities leveraging the F or FTV brand; for example, in the beauty and health/fitness/wellness, apparel & accessories, hospitality/food & beverage, education, events & parties, and real estate sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment: Oversee the hiring process for the MD’s Office staff, including finding, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding applicants.
- Talent sourcing: Use a variety of platforms, such as job sites, social media, networking events, and recommendations, to find and draw in top talent.
- Candidate evaluation: Examine applicants’ behavioral and technical skills to make sure they fit the company’s culture and ideals.
- Database administration: Keep an extensive database of possible applicants and hiring statistics.
