About the Role
The goal of our advising risk services is to give clients an honest and realistic picture of their risk situation. Our clients can utilise our solutions to instil confidence and trust in their consumers, the general market, and where mandated by law or contract. You’ll be in charge of completing client engagements in the areas of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, and other Business Risk Services solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execution of customer engagements — Ensure high-quality delivery in accordance with client specifications.
- Work on increasingly complicated assignments while constantly striving to surpass customer and team expectations.
- Prepare client presentations, information memorandums, and thought leadership pieces by conducting research.
- Contribute as a team member to advisory engagements, delivering high-quality output within agreed-upon timescales.
- Attend L&D seminars and demonstrate expertise in advisory technique and consulting skills.
- Keep up with business developments and aid team leaders/managers in putting out client decks
- Based on industry group alignment, sector focus (basic grasp of the industry, trends, issues/challenges, and important players).
- Participate in workplace social and team events with initiative. Recognize business and industry concerns and trends. Identify areas in the client’s business processes that need to be improved in order to prepare recommendations.
- Ensure that engagement strategies and internal quality and risk management procedures are followed.
- Establish positive working connections with the client (process owner/functional heads).
Eligibility
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, management, accounting, finance, or economics, as well as other relevant fields of study.
- At least half of the time, we expect you to be accessible to travel outside of their assigned office location.
