Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with financial statement and associated schedules in-depth examination.
- Prepare financial statements using the information you’ve been given.
- Prepare a summary of the above-mentioned analysis’ findings.
- Assist with ad hoc research for the sector’s M&A deals and for the opportunity.
- Assist with industry benchmarking and peer analysis of the firm under investigation.
Requirements
- MBA/Degree Master’s (Finance)
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Should be able to contribute to the analysis and presentation of data and should understand how to prepare graphics.
- Have a keen sense of detail.
- Work within the established timescales and notify the project lead and practise offices of any deviations or modifications.
- Should be able to communicate well both in writing and orally.
