Position Summary
This is a role in which the incumbent is responsible for owning and executing global processes related to personal independence monitoring. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured and complicated setting that requires creative problem-solving, logical reasoning, communication, and decision-making abilities.
The applicant should be able to contribute value to given procedures on a regular basis and offer solutions for scenarios that have not yet been documented.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research utilising both methodical and intuitive methods.
- In response to the research need, analyse the study findings, make inferences, and form conclusions.
- Understand the essential needs of the firm’s risk management regulations and policies, as well as those of regulators.
- Analytical and project management methodologies and tools should be used.
- Complete all allocated projects/tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all duties are completed, accurate, and acceptable.
- Follow up on requests from Onshore in a timely manner to facilitate and push the process to conclusion.
- Plan and organise your own work, and keep project managers and important stakeholders up to date on your progress.
- Before delivering the results to the project management, do a self-review.
- Issues/potential obstacles should be flagged to project management at the right time so that appropriate action may be taken.
Requirements
- MBA/M.Com/MA or an equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputable university is required.
- 0.6-1.0 years of research/analysis experience is required.
- Candidates with exposure to handling international customer/client interaction would be preferred.
- Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must have a thorough understanding of financial instruments used for investing, such as stocks, mutual funds, and insurance.
- ISINs, CUSIPs, and other jargon are all terms you should be familiar with.
