Roles & Responsibilities
- Providing programme management support across all functional verticals, as well as collaborating with government departments and multilateral organisations on public health projects.
- Tracking deliverables and ensuring that work items are delivered on time, with an emphasis on improving government procedures, service delivery models, and healthcare results.
- To guarantee successful execution of digital programmes and interventions, coordination between government agencies, many stakeholders, and partner groups is required.
- Support the implementation of the digital/IT programme in all states.
- Providing creative solutions to challenges that arise during the program’s life cycle.
Skills Required
- Working knowledge of government agencies and/or multilateral organisations.
- Experience in working on public health projects / interventions in India.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Should be self-motivated and able to plan well.
- Knowledge and knowledge of the Indian government’s processes and activities.
- Experience doing both qualitative and quantitative research in the field of public health.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate as part of a team with people from various backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social sciences, master’s degree in public health, MBA, MCA, or BE/BTech in engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics).
- Work experience in the field of public health for at least 2 to 6 years is required.
Preferred Skils
- Communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiating abilities are all highly valued.
- Be adaptive, versatile, and inventive.
- Interacting with senior executives is a breeze for you (within the firm and at the client).
- Supervisory responsibilities and strong leadership abilities.
