About People Advisory Services (PAS)
People Advisory Services (PAS) is a division of EY that specialises in providing tax services to people in the United States. These services cater to both expatriates (US citizens working abroad) and inpatriates (those living in the United States) (foreign citizens on assignment to the US).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn about the tax laws in the United States and receive training on them.
- Analyze client information to identify the sort of return that should be filed.
- Examine tax forms to decide how they should be handled.
- EY’s tax software may be used to prepare the return.
- Before submitting the return to the next level for evaluation, conduct a self-review.
- In addition to tax returns, prepare various types of tax calculations.
- Handle a large number of assignees.
- Email correspondence.
- A sufficient amount of training will be offered to familiarise the analyst with the abilities required to begin working on US tax returns. Analysts will continue to study on the job, honing their tax expertise.
Requirements
- B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Multitasking ability.
- Excellent team player.
- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are all Microsoft products that you should be familiar with.
- Problem-solving and problem-identification abilities.
- It will be advantageous if you have solid accounting abilities.
