Established in late 2014, EazyDiner provides guaranteed meal offers at over 8,000 restaurants in over 100 Indian cities and Dubai. It was co-founded by Vir Sanghvi, a renowned food critic and journalist in India, and Mr. Kapil Chopra, the former president of Oberoi Group of Hotels. Prominent investors include Yuvraj Singh, Saama Capital, Denlow Investment trust, BeeNext, and Deepak Shahdadpuri of DSG Consumer Partners support us. Since its founding, the company has expanded more than four times annually, and in the previous two years, it has expanded ten times.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Help find applicants using social media, job portals, and recommendations.
Organize interviews, review resumes, and communicate with hiring managers and prospects.
Assist with the orientation and documentation phases of the onboarding process.
Employee Engagement:
Help plan workshops, team-building exercises, and initiatives for employee engagement.
To make engagement efforts better, get employee input.
HR Operations:
Keep track of and make updates to personnel data in HR systems.
Help with the creation and revision of HR policies, processes, and records.
Learning and Development:
Assist in organizing and arranging training courses.
Keep tabs on training attendance and gather input.
HR Analytics:
To aid in decision-making, compile and evaluate HR analytics.
Create reports about hiring, engagement, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or having just finished a degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- The capacity to multitask and cooperate in a group setting.
- Keen to learn and self-motivated.
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive method of addressing issues.
Duration
The EazyDiner internship will be for a period of 6 months.
