Established in late 2014, EazyDiner provides guaranteed meal offers at over 8,000 restaurants in over 100 Indian cities and Dubai. It was co-founded by Vir Sanghvi, a renowned food critic and journalist in India, and Mr. Kapil Chopra, the former president of Oberoi Group of Hotels. Prominent investors include Yuvraj Singh, Saama Capital, Denlow Investment trust, BeeNext, and Deepak Shahdadpuri of DSG Consumer Partners support us. Since its founding, the company has expanded more than four times annually, and in the previous two years, it has expanded ten times.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support for Recruitment:
Review resumes and work with hiring managers and candidates to arrange interview times.
Engage in the interview process and provide the HR department your input.
Assist in updating and maintaining the application tracking system.
Employee Onboarding:
Assist with the onboarding procedure by getting the paperwork ready for new hires.
Assist in setting up new hire orientation programs.
Assist in arranging for the training and development of new hires.
HR administration:
Keeping databases and employee records current.
Assist HR programs and projects administratively.
Employee Engagement:
Participate in the planning and execution of events and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement.
Participate in programs designed to raise staff morale and business culture.
Compliance and Reporting:
Help make sure HR procedures abide with corporate guidelines and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Currently working for a degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive material and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A desire to learn about best practices and HR procedures.
