Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in organizing flight reservations, itineraries, and cancellations
- Interact with airports, airlines, and passengers to guarantee seamless travel experiences.
- Address any problems or inconsistencies pertaining to reservations or flights.
- Help clients with questions and issues pertaining to flights
- Work together as a team to increase productivity and streamline procedures.
- Keep up-to-date and precise records of consumer interactions and flight information.
- Take part in training programs to increase your understanding of aviation industry norms and procedures.
