Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting the client and responding to their questions about any operational concerns
- Improving communication and problem-solving skills, offering prompt solutions
- Managing client closures and escalations promptly
- Monitoring MIS reports every day and disseminating them to clients.
- Making certain that all shipments are connected and picked up from the origin according to TAT
- Creating billing sheets and invoices for the designated clients and submitting them on time
- Prompt payment collection and follow-up
- Working with W/H to coordinate the daily transactions and system entries
- Working with the W/Hs to ensure that the stock reconciliation is completed on time
- Customer satisfaction ought to be the main priority.
- Upholding the MOM and providing an improvement action plan

The DTDC Express internship will be for a period of 6 months.
