Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole onboarding process for new hires, including setting up welcome emails and starting the Background Verification (BGV) procedure.
- MIS and HRMS Updates: Keep thorough records in HRMS platforms of all changes to the employee lifecycle, including hires and terminations.
- Payroll and Insurance Management: Make sure employees have access to the app and e-cards, handle monthly insurance additions and deletions, and update payroll with new hire information.
- Invoice Management: Use the internal payment interface to upload invoices pertaining to human resources for processing.
- Employee Engagement: Provide innovative concepts and support the implementation of engagement campaigns and recognition and incentive schemes.
- Buddy Management: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires by supervising buddy assignments.
- Pre-Joining Connect: To ensure a smooth joining process, contact new hires one to two weeks prior to their start date.
