About Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories
In order to improve the dignity and well-being of those who are socially and economically challenged, the Dr. Reddy’s Foundation was established in 1996. We create and evaluate novel approaches to difficult societal issues and use collaborations to increase our influence. We work in 20 Indian states with women, children, youth (including those with disabilities), and households.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Find Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges around India by conducting research. Analyze and document the ranking of these colleges based on reliable sources (NIRF, etc.).
- Compile demographic information on students from a few chosen colleges, emphasizing family income levels. Recognize how these institutions’ price structures affect students’ decision-making and career choices.
- Look into the colleges you have chosen’s history of recruiting on campus. Determine which businesses and sectors frequently hire trainers or people with comparable backgrounds from these organizations.
- Research the typical beginning wage for graduates from these universities, particularly those in related subjects for the trainer roles. Examine placement patterns, taking into account the responsibilities played and the annual percentage of students placed.
- Put the results together in an organized report. Provide graphs, pertinent data, and suggestions for recruitment from these universities in the report.
- Offer research-based insights that can influence the hiring process. Based on the results, suggest particular colleges for collaborations or recruitment drives.
