Dr. Reddy’s Foundation was established in 1996 with the goal of enhancing the dignity and well-being of persons who are socially and economically underprivileged. We create and test creative solutions to challenging societal challenges while also using collaborations to increase impact. Across 20 Indian states, we work with children, youth (including people with disabilities), women, and households.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with recruiting managers to determine personnel requirements.
- Reviewing and evaluating resumes.
- Conducting candidate interviews in person and over the phone.
- Conducting suitable company evaluations.
- Obtaining references and doing background checks.
- Arrange for interviews with recruiting managers.
- Following up on the status of the interview procedure.
- During the screening process, communicating employer information and perks.
- Acting as a point of contact for local job agencies, colleges, and trade associations.
- Completing timely recruitment activity reports.
Location
This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The Dr. Reddy’s internship will be for a period of 6 weeks.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.3,000 – 5,000 / month
