Roles & Responsibilities
- Working on gamification initiatives and learning and development modules.
- Using a variety of tools to help the L&D manager implement the concept.
- Contributing to the creation of video content.
- Creating templates for common messages via digital displays, intra-company apps, and emails, among other means.
- Creating visuals for different engagement initiatives.
- Creating templates that staff members might utilize when publishing on outside platforms like LinkedIn.
