Roles & Responsibilities
- Offer first-rate technical support: Act as the point of contact for questions and concerns pertaining to IT, helping staff members with troubleshooting, network connectivity, hardware and software installations, and other tasks.
- Incident management: Be in charge of quickly and effectively addressing IT issues to minimize interference with our regular company activities.
- Training and support for users: Help increase end-user productivity by offering thorough training sessions and producing documentation that is easy to understand.
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams: Maintain strong contact and engagement with IT teams in order to promote innovation and ongoing progress.
- IT project support: Assist with testing, documentation, and project progress monitoring across the whole IT project lifecycle.
- Keep up with technology: Be on top of the game by being current with the newest IT tools, practices, and trends. You may also proactively suggest creative ways to improve our IT infrastructure.
