Roles & Responsibilities
- To enable DSC to nurture our talent in order to achieve business objectives and personal growth, and to assist the delivery of learning and development strategy to promote business improvement.
- To organize all of the nation’s trainings.
- To assist the L&D HOD in developing and directing national programs for rewards and recognition as well as talent development in order to support both short- and long-term business goals and company expansion.
