About the Internship
You will collaborate with the Deloitte Private and Tax teams in Australia to produce income tax returns, financials, and supporting work documents for individuals, businesses, partnerships, trusts, and super funds. In addition, you will support the Australian team with general ledger processing, payment processing, document preparation, and other administrative duties.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the firm with project codes and client setup in the system to aid in the client onboarding process.
- Create and maintain Salesforce records, and assist Partners and Directors with data as needed.
- With the aid of information provided by Engagement Managers and Partners, download reports from the SAP and Salesforce systems.
- Act as Engagement controllers and assist Engagement Partners and Managers in managing the engagement.
- Pricing is the most important duty that this profession entails, therefore you should be good with statistics.
- Good at documenting and managing Outlook mail boxes.
- Excellent at using a queue management tool and handling high-volume requests.
- As needed, communicate with the Australian teams.
- As needed, attend meetings.
- As needed, attend training programmes for technical and personal growth.
Eligibility
B.Com or equivalent degree is essential.
Other Skills Required
- Fluent in English (essential).
- Good presenting skills, as evidenced by clear English dictation and high-quality writing talents.
- A strong desire to acquire and improve technical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work as part of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team.
