Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire partner onboarding life cycle to preserve operational readiness
- Conduct call-based onboarding for blue-collar workers to guarantee seamless and effective recruiting
- Manage drivers’ and riders’ primary accounts on a daily basis to address problems and guarantee involvement.
