Roles & Responsibilities
- To guarantee timely work completion, coordinate with several teams and stakeholders via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Use Google Sheets or Excel to monitor, update, and manage operational data.
- Assistance in standardizing workflow procedures and SOPs.
- Help create and manage weekly and daily status reports.
- Find and mark operational bottlenecks so they can be fixed quickly.
