Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping track of day-to-day activities.
- Examining the performance of important lanes in the first and last mile operations.
- Emphasizing the importance of increasing consumer satisfaction.
- Tracking delivery speed, volume, and the source of fluctuations.
- Directly coordinating with clients, operations, billing, and clients.
- Creating standard operating procedures, mapping and freezing needs, and offering the best solutions to the company.
- Meet with potential clients to expand your client base.
- Identifying areas of concern and taking the necessary steps to address them as soon as possible, including NDR management and performance report review.
- Distributing MIS reports to assigned clients.
- Conducting a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey both internally and externally.
- Examining the outcomes of activities to find more effective methods to allocate resources.
- Exchanging ideas on network growth, taking into account the presence of competitors and their strategies.
- Using regular communications to promote the relevance and purpose of service.
