Roles & Responsibilities

Offering assistance and guidance to clients who utilize our company’s goods or services
Having polite conversations with clients via phone, email, letter, and in person
Looking into and resolving issues that customers have brought to the attention of the retail team or the customer themselves, whether they are complicated or persistent
Responding to consumer grievances or significant occurrences
Giving consumers reimbursements or other forms of compensation
Maintaining precise documentation of conversations or correspondence with clients
Creating reports that evaluate the customer service your company offers
Creating processes for consumer complaints or feedback
Enhancing standards, guidelines, and practices for customer service
Getting together with other managers to talk about potential ways to enhance customer service
Acquiring knowledge of our company’s offerings and staying current with modifications
Keeping up with advancements in customer service through attending classes, attending meetings, and reading pertinent journals
Managing the complaint department with CRM software
