Roles & Responsibilities
Help locate and identify possible hires using a variety of platforms, like as networking, social media, and job boards.
Assist in the first phone screening process and resume screening to determine whether individuals are qualified and a good fit for vacant positions.
Arrange and oversee the scheduling of interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Ensure that applicant tracking systems and candidate databases are kept up to date.
Assist the recruiting team in planning and attending job fairs and other recruitment-related events.
Help in creating and publishing job postings on appropriate websites.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as writing offer letters and handling candidate communications.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Ardent interest in hiring and developing talent.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
The capacity to manage private information discreetly.
Strong time-management and organizing abilities.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Although not necessary, prior experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
