Roles & Responsibilities
- Create a local sports project (LSP/commercial policy) to ensure that sports are available to as many people as possible in the catchment area.
- Oversee the sport’s overall Omni business.
- Interact with like-minded sport users and clients in order to meet or satisfy user needs.
- Based on the catchment analysis, select a product range.
- Work on being accountable for the sports territory’s merchandising and stock.
- Work on sport piloting, budgeting, and PnL (margin, shrinkage).
- Ensure the outcome of my economic performance with accurate forecasting and analysis.
- Within extraordinary seasonal sports, practise a sport at least once a week.
- Establish a sports community in the area.
- Act as a go-between for the user and the country’s sports leader (feedback)
- Add events, workshops, and vacations to the planner.
- With the help of the coach, recruit future sports leaders.
Location
Delhi, Gurgaon / Work from Home till situation improves.
Duration
The Decathlon internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 – 25,000 / month
