Roles & Responsibilities
1) To find trends and possibilities in the sports market, perform a catchment analysis.
2) To guarantee the greatest degree of client happiness, keep a customer-centric mindset.
3) Oversee stock and merchandising to provide the best possible supply of sporting goods.
4) Create and implement business forecasts to direct sales and expansion plans.
5) To measure and accomplish corporate goals, use goal-oriented business statistics.
6) To keep a realistic grasp of the market, play your sport at least once a week, especially if it’s a seasonal sport.
7) Create and maintain a sports community in your service area to encourage participation and allegiance.
8) Encourage user-brand team communication by offering thoughts and feedback.
9) To guarantee efficient operations, keep an updated planner with important events, workshops, and scheduled leaves.
