To provide a wow experience across all channels, take on the role of an omni business leader.
Welcome, smile, and interact with clients to learn about their needs.
Keep abreast with Decathlon’s deals, services, and merchandise via all available means.
To satisfy consumer demands, sell available products both digitally and physically.
Always be accessible to the staff and consumers.
Assure product availability and the best-in-class arrangement for the designated sport.
To increase sales, design a layout that is inviting, eye-catching, and captivating.
Keep layouts that are easy for customers to use in order to support SIBC (Self-Informed Best Choice) and fit in with the rapid shop approach.
Ensure the safety of customers and coworkers in the business by making sure that products are positioned and stored properly.
Maintain stock accuracy while guaranteeing the availability of both digital and physical products.
Within the allotted area, make a lasting environmental impact.
Increase sales of products with eco-friendly designs.
Through buyback initiatives and associated services, raise the proportion of circular sales.
