- Driving promotion applications.
- Examining certifications that have been uploaded for promotions.
- Organizing the promotion exam.
- Organizing the promotion exam being conducted across India.
- Organizing interviews for promotions.
- Preparing the advertising presentation.
- Sending the findings to the company for promotion.
- Answering questions about promotions.
- Work on personal file audits, data input (transfers and shift changes), follow-up on reference checks, and mediclaim surveys.
