Roles & Responsibilities
- Center Health: Coverage, Delinquency Monitoring, and CM Rosters
- Adherence to TAT for member ticket closure and customer escalation
- Compliance with TAT for facility and audit ticket closure
- Make dashboards to show the aforementioned indicators on a daily or weekly basis and encourage compliance with CLMs and CMs.
- Monthly Performance Analysis of CM: Identify the best and worst performers
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on data
- Proficiency with Google Sheets: proficient in Google Sheets data visualization, automation, pivot tables, and algorithms.
- Organizing and carrying out tasks within limitations
- Stakeholder management and influencing abilities (Facilities, HR, Trainer Ops, Safety)
- A keen eye for detail
- Good communication
